PT Conference is an Internet service for scheduling parent teacher conferences.  Parents can quickly and easily schedule meetings with their children’s teachers from home, the library, or work via the Internet.  Parents select their own appointment times to create a schedule that works best for them.  This saves teachers and school administrators the time it would take them to do the scheduling. 

In addition to scheduling appointments, teachers can use PT Conference to distribute information to parents concerning their children’s progress prior to the appointment.  This means the few minutes teachers spend with parents can be spent resolving issues rather than presenting them.
